Caimin is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of Engineer’s Ireland and a Registered Consulting Engineer.
He has extensive experience as project manager and director involved in the master planning, design and implementation of large civil and structural engineering projects including industrial, technological, business and retail parks, free zones, site infrastructure and both institutional and commercial buildings. He is also experienced in the preparation of pre-investment, feasibility studies and master plans for urban and rural infrastructure.
Over the years Caimin has been responsible for major civil and structural engineering projects in over 20 countries world wide, especially Africa where he has delivered a number of infrastructural and development projects. He specialises in the assembly and management of cohesive international multi-disciplinary teams around the world for the successful delivery of both design and supervision projects. Caimin is skilled in both national and international conditions of contract, specifications and methods of measurement.
Caimin works closely with some of the largest International agencies including the World Bank, The European Union, and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation among others. Caimin is experienced in the procedures and requirements of such international institutions and is responsible for Pivotal technical and financial submissions to these bodies.
