Bausch and Lomb RayBan

Waterford Ireland
Industrial manufacturing
8,000 m2
2002

Bausch and Lomb were operating a division of their sunglasses operation in Waterford from a small unit. Their expansion at the time required them to construct a new facility locally. We were commissioned to design and deliver this building. The 13,000m2 facility was constructed on a green field site on time and within budget. Bausch and Lomb subsequently sold the RayBan business to Luxottica and this building is currently part of a major investment by Genzyme in the Waterford site.
