GARLAND Consultancy is an international engineering consultancy and has operated for over 80 years, having been founded in 1937.
With offices in Dublin, Limerick and Waterford in Ireland, along with offices in Ghana and Saudi Arabia, GARLAND offers four main services:

Having worked across more than 30 countries throughout its history, GARLAND provides a full range of civil and structural consulting engineering services, starting from feasibility study to detailed design and construction administration.

GARLAND established Shannon International Development Consultants (SIDC) in 2003 in conjunction with Tom Kelleher, harnessing the unique economic development and expertise of the Shannon Region and delivering a range of consultancy services to the international development community.
In 2011, GARLAND, along with the other three partners of varying disciplines, founded Pivotal International. The joint venture primarily, but not exclusively, services Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
Pivotal International is a multi-disciplinary consultancy, focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on large design and construction projects. Our unique business objective is to provide single-point responsibility for the delivery and design of keynote projects throughout the world.
With 150 years of combined design and construction experience, Pivotal International is made up of four established, professional services companies; GARLAND Consultancy, Fewer Harrington & Partners, Carron + Walsh, and Lawler Consulting.
