New Medical Devices Facility located in Plassey, Limerick. The original building was 3,000m² and within 5 years the facility expanded further by 100%. we were involved in both phases. The project consists of an Assembly, Packaging and Distribution Centre with Office and Staff Welfare Facilities. The project also incorporated the refurbishment of an adjacent residence, which is used to accomodate visitors to the facility. The scheme is designed to a high standard and is consistent with the high quality of buildings on the Technology Park Campus.
