Designed to achieve LEED Silver CS accreditation, the building consists of c.1,537 m² (c.16,544 ft²) production space with an eaves height of 8.5 metres (28 ft). The ancillary office space over two floors comprising c.826 m² (c.8,890 ft²) is fitted out to include raised access floors, suspended ceilings, lighting, heating, air conditioning, finished toilets and common areas.
