Tech Group, based in the US, was new to Ireland and we assisted them through the startup process. The project began with visits to their existing facilities in the US, developing the brief, approving the design and culminating in the construction of a new facility in Dublin. The project also included a facility Master Plan to allow for future expansion and reorganisation of internal spaces to cater for changing trends in the business. Pivotal International have carried out further fit out projects since the original facility was completed.
